Occasionally, for various reasons, buyer's are not able to obtain conventional financing for
an RV due to being business owners, owning too much real estate, maybe you are too young,
maybe too old. Or sometimes a person may have a past bankruptcy, divorce problems, tax
issues, is building a home, or simply looking for a better interest rate and down payment, or
similar situation.
We have seller's who for various reasons would like someone to temporarily take over their
payments until you can refinance. They are willing, with the assistance of Country Wide RV, to
let certain individuals who meet our criteria assume this note while it is still in their name.
Once you have filled out the application and are approved, we will put you in an RV suitable to
your needs.
Each case is different for both the seller and buyer. We screen each applicant thoroughly,
present them to the seller and we both make a decision.
The seller then enters into a contract with the buyer for a certain period of time, the end of
which you are required to find your own financing and purchase the RV. This time period may
vary depending on the situation. The payments you make are for the same interest rates as the
original financing.
During this time period the buyer is responsible for all costs and items set forth in the "Lease
Purchase Agreement" associated with the RV. That means insurance, payments,
maintenance, storage, and registration . The payments are made to the bank or to the rv owner
depending on the arrangements.
We hope you will consider purchasing an RV with our help.
