Class A Motor coach - Georgetown, 30 ft., Triton V-10 gas, automatic transmission and cruise
control.
Sleeps 2-4 adults comfortably: Sofa converts to a bed for 1 adult or 2 small children. Dinette
converts to a bed that will accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. Master Suite located rear of the
coach, sliding door for privacy, island queen-size bed for easy access. Over bed storage with
closets on each side, nightstand on one side, and lower drawers on each side. Small TV nook
facing bed in upper corner for a portable TV or DVD player (not provided for nook). Overhead
roof-vent system for ventilation.
Separate lavatory with glass shower door enclosure, roof-vented fan, vanity sink with counter
space, wall medicine cabinet and mirror, + bath towel bar on door.
Wardrobe cabinet across from lavatory with hooks for hanging clothes and drawers located
below for extras.
Kitchenette area: 3-burner range w/oven, microwave + fan above, spice rack, double-sink,
cupboards and paper towel holder above. Dinette booth seating for 4, can also be used for
additional counter-space. Large window views with plenty of storage all around.
Fridge/Freezer combo.
Cab Area: Above driver and passenger seats is a 25-inch, color TV that can be viewed from
sofa, dinette, or swivel chair located behind front passenger. DVD player + remote in separate
compartment above front passenger. Main dashboard contains AM/FM stereo, CD player, and
generator switch.
Roof TV antenna (used only when vehicle is parked).
A/C or Heat throughout.
Exterior: plug outlets, cable hook-up. Retractable steps when opening/closing interior/exterior
door. Extra screen door for ventilation. Outside shower spray nozzle for those sandy/muddy
times. Multiple basement lockable storage compartments with complete pass through on some
of them.
